  • The frequency depends on the goal(s). The average range is four to eight sessions and lasts approximately 2 to 6 months.
  • Some people use Career and Life Planning monthly and meet to check in where they are at, revisit their goals and make new ones.
  • The frequency and length of the coaching sessions depends on your needs, goals, financial resources, and time commitment.
  • It is recommended to have a minimum of 4 sessions for the dynamic to be of benefit.
